I get several calls like this each weak. They call but never leave a message so i never return the call no point looking for trouble.

This is Approved Index/Expert Market/Experts in Money. They're a quote finding service. I got calls because I filled out a form on their website for a quote for something and they call you to confirm it's a genuine request.
Missed call but recognised the number. Despite being a member of TPS I still get calls from this number. As I recall they are from an insurance company as described above.
