This person somehow had details of my car accident and pretended to be my insurer (Santander which was ironically correct) and he was asking all sorts of probing questions. I called him a fraudster / knew he was a scammer and he hung up on me.

SCAM / SPAM Scammers pretending to be HMRC! They pretended to be an HMRC call centre and pick up the line from a queue asking what it is about before they got my name in order to check and find out.
