vanquis bank..they start from 8am-9pm every day 3 or 4 or 5 calls a day. if your 1 pence over balance this is how these people work.

I was receiving a lot of harassment calls from the number 01789550186. I blocked the number and have now started receiving harassment calls from 0178955600. Phone rings, when you answer hangs up straight away. When you call back it says number not in use.
