First Assist from York called today, Asked to speak to me (using my FULL NAME), asked who was calling! SCAM. An automated call contacted my elderly Mother twice within 10 minutes stating that she had been a victim of fraud and that they were going to close her account unless she acted immediately. I rang the number but nobody answered.
