Call center: Indian sounding lady called me and asked for me by name. I asked why she was calling & she said again "Are you Mrs ****?" . I asked who wanted to know. She didn't say. Told her to hurry up as I was about to go out and she hung up. Other people have said this number is someone claiming to be from Domestic & General about an expired washing machine warranty.
This is Barbour ABI they are a Construction Industry Intelligence Company and it is quite normal for them just to ask directly who has won what contract so they can report correctly. They are not a nuisance company and are usually very responsive to call back only when you tell them its convenient.
