He proceeded to try and convince me about how safe this was, blurring out the company details and address, stating the call is recorded and saying he only need the card number so I should be really safe.When I hesitated he became more and more persistent regarding the safety and this being one time only offer with only this caller being able to offer me this deal. Caller launched straight into his sales script - something about energy efficiency double glazing, so I hung up. He called straight back so I hung up again without speaking. Called back third time so I told him politely that we do not accept unsolicited calls & my number is registered with TPS . Therefore he should not be calling, and please don’t call again. He wasn’t listening but continued with his script regardless whilst I was talking. Then told me to “Shut my F*****g mouth up” And hung up.
Who phoned me on 01747 703907 on my landline and didn't leave a message, and then called me on 01479 442680 and the call didn't go through.

Had the same call this morning. Why cannot the authorities track the number/address and haul whoever it is before the courts? Unbelievable in this day and age authorities/regulators etc cannot put an end to this nonsense, when there is a phone number that can be traced.

That doesn't sound like it was from eBay and why would eBay phone customers when they can message them right from the website anyway?
