This number suddenly dialled itself from my phone while I was playing an online game. I was charged ?2.50 for the call. The number is not in my contacts and I did not have the keypad open at the time. I realised what was happening when a notification came up on my phone game page.

People I talked to from London had no accent at all, the people from Denmark spoke English although I'm Danish, this screams VPN aka. SCAM. This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.
