SCAM Fraud Claiming to be Amazon.....I was on my amazon account when they rang. These guys send you a code so you click on it and they will have remote access to your mobile phone and gain all the information including your banking. Just delete the messages they send you if you have a conversion with them. Once I told them I knew they were scammers they hung up and went on their way.

Danger - this number is from a scam Norton 360 protection email. It asks you to call number if you want to cancel the new subscription you have supposedly auto renewed. Would not have worked on me as I have taken Norton 360 as it’s crap as a protection software tool. If I had I would have gone direct to the Norton rather than respond to a high lighted number in an email.
Scam tried to rip my 94 yr old mother off by offering a pendant fortunate she live with us but we weren't there to stop her giving bank details out . Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. SCAM call from someone suggesting he was from BT and seeking access to our broadband to correct a fault as they had been receiving lots of alerts and that our IP address was being used in the public domain. On calling back, i got an automated message saying that this number had not been recognised.

This number is clearly a scam stating taxes are owed & legal proceedings will be started. 1. The terminology (& robotic voice) is American. 2. HMRC will never phone you. They will message you to go to your on-line account.

Male voice did not give name of company. When asked for company name he went silent. Phone call ended.

No longer do I speak when I answer a number not familiar. If it's a cold call, they will speak first. If it's someone who knows me, they will speak if I don't. This one just hung up, so I can deduce it was an unsolicited and unwanted call and blocked them.

01482 293843 called me several times. I called back and got an automated message saying welcome to Vodafone all of our operators are busy right now please hold blah blah blah... I hung up. My broadband contract has just ended with Vodafone and I already renewed it with them on a social tariff. Maybe the call was connected to that. I saved the number to contacts so the name will come up if they call again and I'll answer it to find out. Like many I don't answer withheld numbers or numbers I don't recognise.
When I picked up the phone, it was an automated message, that my number has been now verified and they will be in touch. Didn’t say who, so I assumed it’s a spammer.

Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.
