*SCAM* Amazon Prime Renewal! (Spoofed number - Probably someones home number!) Obviously A SCAM - I don't have 'Amazon Prime' account. Recorded message/menu, that sounds totally REAL!! NB: WHY would a GLOBAL company be calling me from same Area Code!? Probably to panic people into giving out personal details (ie Bank info)!!! Best Advise: NEVER answer call from an UNEXPECTED number you DONT KNOW, let answer phone take it. Saves you a lot of hassle!

Almost certainly SPAM/SCAM as it called at the usual parasites'/pests' evening time, in this case 6.30pm. There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. I then rang back the number (03300270201) and got the following recorded message (female voice, American accent): "The number you have dialled is no longer in service. SCAM 01209707750 Redruth, Cornwall. A posh sounding young man phoned, from telpro marketing medical services. My partner was actually waiting for somebody to get back about a prescription ordered, so nearly got caught out. I really worry about the elderly and vulnerable.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Yet more thieving scumbags who should be ashamed of themselves.

This was a scam call saying my credit card had two big transactions on it and they are checking to see if I think its ok, and to phone them for more details
I have been called systematically from this number every day, more than once, for the last four days. They NEVER leave a message. If they were legitimate callers, they would leave a message. I have reported it is a Scammer!
