Scam, text to speech answerphone message, telling me HMRC have a fraud case against me and police are on their way unless I pressed 1, to deal with it.

I have no idea who called me from this number as I did not answer it, suspecting it to be spam. No message was left

It's Staybright (Double Glazing), cold calling! I thought I'd signed up to the Govts cold calling list & this wouldn't happen any more!?

Absolutely disgusting!! He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!

I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent. This number has been coming up on my phone for a week or so. Finally managed to answer it and they hung up. From the comments I ve read, I m going to find out how to block it!

This seems to be a company called Barrhead Travel in Renfrewshire as checked on Company Check. There is no information person or financial information submitted to companies house. It is not a Limited Company.

Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile).
