Have been called multiple times from this number 01164884202. It only started happening when I had to use my Android phone's normal browser (Firefox) to make an online bike insurance quote. Usually use duck duckgo which blocks your telephone number from sites

male with a first name only asked for address and said to call on BEHALF of the (Edinburgh) Council. He was not aware that I moved and wanted to continue CONFIRMING personal data. Because the caller didn t want to say company and reason, I asked them to write me a letter.

The day i was scammed was thesame day i lost my daughter, i was totally destroyed emotionally for 3 month. i didn't have a dime left in my bank besides my credit. all my life savings was cleared from my bank by some investment scammers which i shared my banking details with. the police and the bank only filed a report and closed the case, i was left all alone to suffer it and i can swear it was a living nightmare. Telemarketing for "special offer" garbage for company employees or whatever is was that the lady on the phone was trying to get across at 200mph !! Spoke so fast, missed the company name, sounded like "star .." something ..
SCAM first said my computer has been hacked. When I said I didn’t have a computer they said it was my mobile that was hacked and they we’re going to disconnect my phone so I told them to do it. Surprise nothing happened.

Great! getting calls now from the Russian Federation. Pity I don't know anyone there. These calls are annoying, especially when they call they leave no voice or text message. One of these reverse look up sites has identified the source as a Vodafone number from the UK. Who do you believe?
