Possible life Insurance scam, someone called me about life insurance and that terms had changed and i should move my policy to one of their others as i may not get any payout at the end of policy,they knew insurance provider, name d.o.b address,,this may well be real but i was not taking a chance as they sounded asian ( Sorry if this offends but most scammers seem to be asian etc,) ended call and blocked number, im sure my insurance company woud send me a letter advising me anyway.

Incoming call purporting to be from VISA saying money had been taken out of my account and transferred to an international gambling organisation. This is a scam.

Fraud, Claiming to be from HMRC for partial tax payment. They hung up when I asked them to authenticate themselves and provide me an HMRC phone number to call them back.

Fraud. Got a call I didn't answer. They left a voice mail it wasn't a person it sounded like a generic message. It said there was something wrong with my financial account and then said I'll be arrested ( they spelt out the word arrested) I have 2 phones the one they rang is the one I use for fam/ friends it's not the one attached to any of my bank account/ online shopping. There is absolutely no reason any business should have that number.

POTENTIAL SCAM Caller (with an Indian accent and in a noisy call centre) claimed to be from Amazon Security Department. She was checking whether I'd placed an order for £749... I said I hadn't. SCAM this number calls and tries to get you to sign up for medical emergency devices like pendants. They tell you different excuses for their call like you had a medical appointment and now qualify for a few pendant with a huge one off service fee on over £150 that y they then say is for 12 months service which isn't a one off payment. They all for your card or direct debit details and when you tell them you think it's a scam they hang up on you.
