SCAM. Allegedly from HER Majesty's Revenue and Customs. 1st clue - HER Majesty has been dead for 10 months. 2nd clue The recorded message was made with an American accent. Doubt very much that HRMC have sub-contracted this to the Americans (yet).

A fraudster by the name of Tomas Lang is using this phone number using recovery room fraud tactics. The victim he contacted and trying to obtain money from was a victim of a fraud losing a significant amount of money.
Silent call. When I answered they hung up.

I had a call from this number earlier today and missed it. I called back, some one picked up the phone but answered.

SCAM, claimed to be starling, got angry when I told them I feel it’s scam and will contact via app.
SCAM Took a few seconds to connect, then had the telltale click of a switchboard thing. Indian person saying they’re from [indistinguishable] asking how I was, I said I was fine thanks and asked how they were. They proceeded to say they have a deal with Vodafone and blah blah blah. I couldn’t be bothered to play along so I said no thank you and hung up.
Informing of money transactions asking to ring back. Ignored as not official bank contact
Indian accent claiming to be from EE, phone number showed as a legitimate phone number for an opticians
