Everest double glazing marketing number. Maximum price for incompetently installed windows. They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. RSPCA call. Hung up before they got to the end of their script and asked for money. One time I had a duck with a broken leg in my garden, and RSPCA were not even remotely interested. They told me to find a local duck sanctuary, so RSPCA can go and screw themselves. All they care about is raising enough money to feed themselves

Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
