Was the usual boilers on benefits call. I engaged for a short time, he asked about anyone being on benefits/pension credits etc. and what type of heating I have. I said wife is on benefits and on gas. Getting excited now he "helped" me put that into, wife is on ESA and the house runs on LPG gas and is 20 years old. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from
