I was called on my landline from someone who politely announced himself as Sam from 'Windows Ltd' He then inquired was I the home owner at this property? When I asked him how precisely that was his business, he simply said 'Goodbye'. Perhaps my response was not in his script.

The phone number is one used by Barclays but in my case certainly spoofed as they were after details that Barclays have said they would never ask for over the phone (DoB, Mothers maiden name etc.)

SCAM, Tom is extremely harassing. He will call you and keep calling you until you pick up the phone. He makes you feel pressured into buying electricity with him. Claimed to be from my bank and asked for clearance for a payment I had supposedly made for nearly £1000.
SCAM - Got the following text message - "Hey dad, this is my new number I just wanted to let you know"
I have been called 7 times from this number over the last 2 days. There has been no-one speaking on any call. I tried calling them but got a recorded message - some insurance company. A real nuisance!

Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.
