This calling code covers pretty huge area - Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Barnoldswick, Padiham, Brierfield and Earby, I didn't call it back to find out who was calling me, I don't call back numbers not on my list... The caller left no message.
Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

SCAM Indian lady wanted me to give her my bank account details and dob in order to refund me £202. She said she represented Sky refund dept who had discovered they had been overcharging me for the past 12 months. I said that was odd as I am not a Sky customer. She gave her work address as 81 Newgate St, London. I pointed out that address is occupied by BT. She said Yes, BT and Sky now work together. She gave the postcode as OA4902. I pointed out there is no such postcode in UK.
