Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. I have received phone calls from this number a few times so I called to tell them to stop calling. The call went to the answering machine message "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next available agent" - no mention of company name (always a rubbish sign), I waited 5 minutes and they disconnected.

Very rude, so they were met with a similar response from myself. Called again next day, I answered saying "this phone call is recorded for legal purposes" and they hung up.

This is NatWest automated security check. I was asked to confirm three transactions with a simple yes or no (transactions that only I would know about) then my usual NatWest SMS message centre acknowledgment came through.
Thats twice now and the caller hangs up as soon as you answer. Boring.
