Picked up the phone and waited, then got what sounded like a recorded voice saying "Hello, how are you?" Ignored it and left the phone off the hook until it disconnected.

Then wanted details from me !! Total scam and in breach of the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including specific guidelines about how they contact you. Atleast 6 calls a day for the past three months!!!!!! Interesting. I called them back from my land line and 141 d the number. after them hanging up on me 5 times they somehow transfered my call to my mobile!! So whenever I called the number my mobile rang!
