I have received 3 text messages from a number claiming to be BTBusiness asking me to call them back at this number or text STOP to 60251. As I don't have an account with BT at all, I've ignored them but 3 messages in 3 days is a bit annoying.

I answered the call once and it was silent for 3 seconds then ended. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office.
