This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases accident claims). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 08437244xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2079460xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre dealing with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing.
