Not sure about this number - a lady called Jo has just phoned me about energy conservation and need to check my loft insulation to. I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had.
