SPAM Call was supposedly from Currys PC world. Cold call trying to sell something.
Fraud Call centre, pretend to be "running security" for Virgin Broadband, call to say they have "seen problems on the line". When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all. I told them I was on Grain, and then they just imediately hung up. Obvious fraud scam.

I m guessing this is some complete time waster.. or cold caller because I got a call from this useless person. And when I tried to call them back they refuse point blank to pick up the phone. Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. Almost certainly a scam call. Automated message referring to apple ipad, amazon and wishing to make some refund. Did not press their required number and the call cut off rather repeat their message which is more likely in such cases. Suggest that people ignore!
