Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. I think it's a scam - a recorded message said there had been suspicious transactions on my credit card and to press a button to report it as fraud.
This number can only be from a scammer as when you answer you get a silence and when you call back it says this number is not recognised!
