This is a number used by people dealing in so-called trading not recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They use false advertising incl. British celebrities to steal thousands of pounds from UK citizens. They are scammers to put it mildly and not to be trusted!!!
Claimed to be 02, when asked, couldn't provide me with my own name as it would be "exposing customer information"
I received a telegram text message from this number https://t.me/login/24737 followed by a telephone call at 3.30 am ,then a voicemail ,dangerous I think

This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. This phone no. belong to a very dedicated removal company, I first thought are some scammers but after a took the call I realize they are removal company and they did a great job for an amazing price.
