Same happened to me
i am getting calls from this number every day clever they use a local code ie 0113 for leeds where we live. answered a few times but no-one there.
As others have said, it s a pre-recorded message. A female with an American accent, calling herself Agent Sarah Wilson from HM Customs, said it was extremely urgent that I call back as it was time sensitive. I hung up at this point and blocked the number. Clearly a scam.

Keep getting calls from this number, they usually ask to speak to "the business owner", I ve taken the call a bit further in the past and they ve asked if I was interested in selling the business.
