I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. POSING AS TSB - this number is NOT from TSB. I set up a new payment so this number rang me straight after - which you would expect to be TSB. But my phone recognised it as a VIETNAM number. I did not answer when I saw this, and then TSBs correct number rang me and set up my new payment. I don’t know how this works but for a vulnerable person / not very switched on person they would have been scammed. Lucky my phone recognises where the numbers are coming from and shows up on the call screen.. STRANGE AND VE

Recieved phonecall from 01702311311 today claiming that some fraudulent transactions had been made using my bank card, one being from Amazon worth £100 & another from an international transaction worth over £1000. I recieved exactly the same phonecall the day before from a different number. I know these not to be true because they never say which bank they are from and never say which card it is from. Just to be safe I will let my Bank know about this so they can keep a check for me.
