Could offer as a one-off an 18month cover for £99 - paid by debit or credit card now. The monthly cover is by direct debit - presume they would want my account details for that. Told me it was a manufacturer warranty (told me my machine is a Hotpoint when I asked - it's a BEKO). When I showed interest in the 18 month cover he passed me to a manager.
