This number appeared on warning that a Trojan virus was on our computer. I phoned it and felt it was a "bad" number when owner answered. I have since had a dodgy phone call to my mobile.
Fraud Didn't answer call, sent to voicemail. Voicemail message left by automated system, male American accent. Stated HMRC court file was about to be submitted to County Court. To stop case call them on stated phone number. Stated number not in UK format.

Silent call I received several calls from this number and I didn't answer for the first few rings as I am a bit paranoid about my privacy but it ended up being a follow up call to my ideal world purchase LOL! All that worry for nothing!

Claimed to be from BT OpenReach. Explained they were contacting people re internent connection. (1) Was asked if internet speed was okay. Replied upload/download speed fine. Fraud caller said his name was Brian and he worked for Microsoft and based in Reading. Told me that I had down loaded illegal material on my computer, to log on and he would clear it. when I declined he threatened me by "blocking" my internet access. SCAM - twice had calls from this number with a recorded message saying I had been charged £79.99 by Amazon for Amazon Prime Services - hung up and contacted Amazon - call is not from them.
