claimed to be from Energy claim line - cold calling

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

Tesco only phone from this number if there is an issue relating to your card activity. If in any doubt they will ask you to phone the number on your credit card.

Claim to be a legal department for insurance company wanting to know about a collision you were involved in. As soon as you challenge them, asking for dates or location they hang up.

CALLED, DIDN T ANSWER, LOOKED ON HERE FIRST, PROMPTLY BLOCKED. EASY. IM AT A STAGE NOW I CANT BE ARSED TO ANSWER/SPEAK TO THESE ANNOYANCES ANYMORE SO LOOK UP MISSED CALLS AT END OF DAY/WEEK - LABEL THEM IN MY PHONE BOOK AND THEN BLOCK THEM. SAVES ME LOOSING MY MARBLES. :-)

Keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer numbers I do not recognise as get so many cold callers. Is this another?

Called myself and a colleague in quick succession. Said I was entitled to compensation for working in the industry. When I asked which industry she said manufacturing . Told her I d never worked in that sector and to remove my name/number from her list.

I had a call from populus survey yesterday and told them it wasn t a good time and they said they would call back. That was from number 0345 313 0337. Just had a missed call from the 0191 number everyone is talking about. I called it back and it says the number does not exist. Glad I googled it as had not connected the two. I will block both numbers to see if it does the trick.

A 10.37am call. Caller did not leave a message. We have no contacts in this area.

I cannot believe these people, I was polite and courteous and explained I had not had a accident and after 5 minutes got told to F off and then the woman slammed the phone down. Absolute disgrace.
