Scam call concerning a PayPal account being charges etc. They have taken false telephone numbers to a new level by using a local code but leaving one digit off the number.

This number sent me a message at 1am with just a link to tap onto. I didn’t tap the link and I blocked the number.

Don't know who it is but automated machine said master card with my bank and thank someone was trying to withdraw 600 from a foreign country.
Called stating they were from Currys PC World when I asked what the call was regarding they replied with "special offer promotion iPhone 14 pro for £35 a month." Currys don't do phone contracts as far as I'm aware. I said I'm not interested and they hung up.

SCAM - A man called "Mark Ryan" claiming to be from Derby County Court with a High Court Writ out against your business for an unpaid amount of almost £4000. Called me up (I was selling a motorbike on aurtotrader), said he was keen on the bike (only having seen the ad). Then asked for my bank details to pay me a deposit. At the time I thought that was ok, but on reflection why would he give a deposit on a bike he hadn't seen? Also wanted to do it in a hurry, so something not quite right. Not saying a scam, could be innocent but felt a bit weird.

Very suspicious but I can't work out what is happening??? A guy called me saying he had a missed call from me. I didn't recognize his number and thought it would be very unlikely for me to ring a random number like that by accident. He insisted that I had called him though and he was merely calling back. Checked my dialed call log - no I hadn't called him!!! I'm therefore trying to work out what the scam might be???

Scam call: recorded female voice message (with American accent), purporting to be from HMRC, stating that I was being pursued (criminal case) for failure to pay taxes.
this was a recorded message purporting to be from HMRC. It stated that a letter had been returned to them and they were going to commence legal action. It asked me to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I hung up!
