This is a solar energy firm (Solar World or My Planet) trying to sell panels.
Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
Said they were from bt open reach and needed to check my internet speed. Said it could only be done from a computer or laptop. Couldn’t believe I didn’t own either. Asked to be passed to supervisor and they hung up. Heavily accented English

SCAM Caller said they were from BT open reach. Asking about internet connection but our provider is Vodafone. When the caller was told of this she called me a fucking bitch and said I’d wasted her time. Not sure if it was a genuine call or the start of a Scam call. Be aware

Fraud Third call today with same recorded message saying he was from Visa fraud. Clearly fraud attempt as Visa do not use mobile numbers.
The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.

They said they would call him back the other day, but we never heard of them before. I don t know what to do now. Will have a closer look at his account then... bulls+++t

Silent call at 10.36 2nd July 2021. Someone said 'Hello' in an Asian accent and when I answered with my name they ended the call.
Said it was my bank and that western union transfer had been taken from my account of £600 and that they were my bank press1 to talk to them to discuss the matter. SCAM Received an automated message from this number, claiming to be HM Revenue and Customs, threatening "legal consequences" if they didn't hear back from me or my solicitor. The voice sounded like a basic text-to-speech engine, so doubtful anyone would fall for this, but wanted to leave this note seeing as no one else has yet.
