Had a missed call from this number every day this week, therefore decided to answer .....silence for a while, then a very rude man advised he was calling regarding a government incentive scheme for heating. He asked if I would take the call. I said I was at work and that it was inconvenient to talk and he said: "I thought you might say that" (very rudely) and hung up! Didn't even say where he was calling from.

Operator went through all security questions but started to ask for all the numbers on my Debit card. Thought this was 'fishy?' Hung up and then went onto Santander website and contacted the fraud dept. They confirmed that there had been several attempts on my account to obtain funds.
