I tried to reported them to TPS as I m registered, but TPS say the company details cannot be verified, due to a lack of a UK physical address. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with PPI, life insurance, accident chasers...
