This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. I assume since it is local that it would have been for a business of some kind. No messages were left which leads me to believe that this is a cold call. They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Called 4 times yesterday and so far 3 times today. Really annoying me now!! They say they can get you ?3000 in compensation for PPI misspelling. They want to know every personal detail about you. I ve told them not to call again, but that was ignored!

Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

Called about energy supplier. Asked what she wanted.She said she was not selling anything but would not tell me why she phoned so I hung up.One of these nuisance calls!

This number called my mobile. I did not answer, but wanted to check the number out first. there was no bad report on the number. when I tried to return the call there was no answer then a "click" in the line and a message that the "other person had hung up". this makes me think it s somebody trying to sell you something nobody wants

Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.
