Called claiming to be from Amazon arranging iPhone delivery - told them I hadn't ordered one, and was hanging up to check my account. No details shared and reported to Amazon.

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). Pretended to be from D&G home-appliance insurance. After the spiel he asked for our bank details and said it was impossible to send documentation through the post. I would guess that many people have been taken in by this.
I rejected first time round but they called again and I accepted a call just for fun. As expected, they're calling about their "promotion". I said "no thanks" and hanged up. Flagged number as spam on my phone.
