I asked him to remove my number from their call list and again, he would just ignore what i said. I hung up and now try to figure out how to block these numbers.

Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer.
