Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This company have phoned and asked me to hold to be tranferred to an 'operative'which I did, but after 5 minutes of holding I ended the call, then they rang a few days...

This number called me the day after I had an accident, I stupidly went along with the call thinking it was connected to my crash.. They told me to lie and say I had injuries! Ignore them and don t give any info they re so dodgey!!!
