I have reported them to the fraud squad along with emailing my bank to see if I can get the money back through them as I too, borrowed money to do this. Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.

Computer (sounded very realistic) saying it had heard I was involved in an accident. Hung up when I said I was not.
