Very difficult to hear them, because of background noise. Claimed to be from Orange Broadband but that has been re-branded as EE. Also used my wife s name, instead of mine, and she s not an Orange/EE customer. Told them I could hardly hear them. They said they d call again soon with a different headset. Don t trust them. Did not sound legit.

I suggest you folk get a BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker phone. You can block it or only allow it to go to answer phone. I purchased a quad set for handling all these unsolicited calls. They are brilliant and as far as I know, the only phone to do this.

Keeps calling every day even though I ve told them I m not interested & this is an ex directory number I m presuming it s a marketing call but he asks for me by name, I said I m not telling them who they are speaking to unless they tell me who is calling & then I say I m not interested & put the phone down but they call back every morning around about 9am.
