If he knows I had an accident, and he knows it wasn't my fault, he's breaking GDPR laws by holding my information without my permission. I told him I was going to report him to the ICO and he hung up.

Have had several missed calls from this number. Phoned back but it went to voicemail. A lady then returned my call asking why I had phoned her as she hadn’t rung me from her phone??
Purportedly from Homeguard Direct, one of a number of south coast based companies claiming to block nuisance calls. In this call I was informed that I was due to pay ?124.99 as a final payment for their services. Whilst I agree that I have had dealings with the company in the past, I have no recollection/documentation of a fee for their services . I did not pass over any information regarding bank or credit card details. I was threatened with debt collectors.
