This phone number must be a scam, tried phoning back and tells me its an incorrect number and looks like the call is from France and I'm in UK.
Automated voice claiming to be from HMRC, and requiring urgent action. In my opinion, if it was genuine they'd write to you, or email, not vague automated phone messages. I think this is a phishing spam call.

When I said all of this sounded very suspicious (and they even asked me why) the reply I got was 'Damn!" and they hang up.
