keep receiving mobile texts saying to call the number for ppi

They rang me regarding a survey I had completed, as I fill in loads of surveys I believed this to be true. They said I had won a £20 fuel voucher and gave a lot of information regarding how I can spend it etc. However they then went onto talk about how I could be part of their membership, which costs £79! I answered the first time & told them they were chasing a debt that no longer collectable and that they should not call again - either to my land line or mobile. Since then (5th Oct 2014), they have called more times than I can count.

No further calls answered, this seems to not deter them at all, and is bordering on criminal harassment.
