Rang to ask for information relating to a policy i dont have. I hung up, they rang back where my 5 year old answered and yelled abuse down phone claiming to be cancelling my policy and hung up. Rang back and then 3 seperate people who knew my name answered and hung up. If its legit its totally unprofessional!! Dont answer!!

Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. This number has called me twice this afternoon, it was a missed call as they called me whilst I was at work. They didn’t leave me any voicemail message so I’m just assuming it was some kind of sales call, which I wouldn’t have answered anyway. I’ve looked it up and the number is from the centre of London. I’ve absolutely no idea who it’s from, but as there’s no message it can’t be important.
