claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls. When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. This appeared to totally confuse the caller whose grasp of english was obviously only what was scripted. I then hung up
Fraud there was a guy pretending to be from 02 mobile company. I checked and nobody was calling me from there.

Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. E-mail says from Microsoft security from 'George Morgan' and to call toll free on 02081448004 ASAP as 'We need to talk over the phone'. All suggests either scam or otherwise malevolent. DON'T DO IT

Unknown number so left to the answerphone no message left so either impolite wrong number or dubious with scam as the most likely.

Fraud Call claimed to checking on possible fraudulent payments from a bank card (one to Amazon, and one international), and inviting me to press 1 to continue. But as it was left on answering machine this could not be done. No card provider specified and they didn't address me by name. On checking, no such payments have been made from any of my cards.
