Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. This was an automated message claiming to be HMRC and saying I am being investigated for fraudulent activity and a warrant has been issued for my arrest
This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.
