Santander automated fraud line - called to check an unusual transaction. Didn't ask me anything dodgy (e.g. Pin/ card details) but did ask me three security questions e.g. "press 1 if this is (name)" and then asked to confirm a payment I'd made an hour ago "press 2 if you do not recognise the transaction on (date) for (amount) paid to (payee reference)."
