I had an earlier call from an 01550 number which I answered as it is my local dialling code. It was a marketing company. I asked the man to remove my name from his records. He said he would. I have now received another call from a slightly different number (same dialling code). I didn't answer this time. Both numbers come back to the same company. Both numbers now blocked!

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases free boiler replacement scam). I recommend to block the whole 84305006xx range... I'm registered with TPS (8 years ago!) This outfit is called Solar Panels Ltd; it is in Port Talbot, I think. Told them yesterday I wasn't interested; phoned again today. Both calls now reported to TPS. If enough people do this, it may stop them.

"Best Ever Loans" called me to see if I managed to get my loan ? Yes I had. They wanted to know if i wanted to consolidate my debts; alarm bells went off and I asked "are you a debt management company?" He told me know. I asked if they were regulated by the FCA? He said no! Ok, so I recommended it would be worth being a bit more transparent; since they are an unregulated DMC called Best Ever "Loans". That doesn't seem clear to me.
