Called me up (I was selling a motorbike on aurtotrader), said he was keen on the bike (only having seen the ad). Then asked for my bank details to pay me a deposit. At the time I thought that was ok, but on reflection why would he give a deposit on a bike he hadn't seen? Also wanted to do it in a hurry, so something not quite right. Not saying a scam, could be innocent but felt a bit weird.
Not sure about this. Claiming non delivery of a parcel. Worrying, because I am waiting for a parcel, but I've been home all day and no one came to my door! Message sent from a mobile phone registered to O2 in Manchester locality.
This number rang me on the 16th Feb. I have never had a call from this number before, to my recollection, and don't know who it is.
This phone number is dubious at best. I answered an automated call it was hung up quickly. I have blocked the numbet.

There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. As the number is local to me, I took a chance and called them back, It's the Boots Opticians Appointment Booking Centre so it's quite safe. They have written to me several times as I'm due for my eye test but I just hadn't got around to making an appointment. I'm leaving this comment just to let other searchers know who called.

Just received a call from the number with automated female voice reporting "suspicious fraud transactions" from my bank account. It is a scam nothing more. Recommend blocking the call.
I answered phone on first ring and got a recorded message saying they were sorry they were unable to contact me ‘at this time’ and asked me to call back or try again later. The recorded message played so instantly that I missed first 4 words and have no idea who it was. This makes me think is was a group call, so I’ll be blocking it
