I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. I have BT call guardian blocking withheld numbers and also a person need to identify who they are before the call gets through. This number fang but all the message left was double-beeps. The number was a mobile so I called it back and was put through to an answer message identifying the caller as Rache from Providence Personal Credit. So marketing or spam call as I have had no communication or contact prior to this with them.

Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did.
